Stephen Hawking hopes to ease the pain of Directioners everywhere with a little hope that the band is still together in some time and place. The theoretical physicist appeared via hologram at the Sydney Opera House over the weekend where a fan asked, "What do you think is the cosmological effect of Zayn Malik leaving One Direction and consequently breaking the hearts of millions of teenage girls across the world?"

Stephen responded, "Finally, a question about something important. My advice to any heartbroken young girl is to pay close attention to the study of theoretical physics. Because one day there may well be proof of multiple universes. It would not be beyond the realms of possibility that somewhere outside of our own universe lies another, different universe, and in that universe, Zayn is still in One Direction." He added, "This girl may like to know that in another possible universe, she and Zayn are happily married."

  • Zayn announced his exit from the boy band back in March and is currently working on a solo project.

Bruce apparently heard what his family had to say but believes that his show will educate people and create empathy.

  • His kids will not be appearing on the show.

Scarlett Johansson just wants to live a normal life despite all that life in the spotlight has brought her. The Avengers: Age of Ultron star appears in the new issue of Parade magazine discussing how she stays grounded and trying to protect her daughter, Rose Dorothy, from the paparazzi.

Scarlett explains, "I have many luxuries of fame, but I make my own bed. I like to buy my groceries. I drive my car. I like to do the normal, everyday things that I've always enjoyed. It doesn't mean that when I drive out of my garage, I don't fear that I'm being followed by somebody, because I probably am. But there's always going to be an adjustment. At some point, you have to take your life back and say, 'You know what? If I feel like picking up my dry cleaning and if someone's going to photograph me doing it, so what?' Part of being with your kids is making them feel as safe and normal as you can."

  • Scarlett also touches on being a celebrity parent saying, "It's hard. On the one hand, you don't want to isolate your kids, but you don't want to make your kids feel like freaks: There's this fascination with famous kids, like they're celebrity spawn."
  • The 30-year-old welcomed Rose last year with husband Romain Dauriac.

QUEEN LATIFAH DISHES ON 'BESSIE': During a recent interview with Uptown magazine, Queen Latifah discussed her new HBO film, Bessie. In the article, she explained, "I’ve never done that before. It was a little odd but it was also a quiet, relaxing thing. Sometimes she was so alone, and it was a moment for Bessie to acknowledge her vulnerability, which I can completely relate to . . ..I don’t find this nude scene any more uncomfortable than kissing a girl in Set It Off and sticking to the script. You have to take your mind off of yourself and honor that character. Respect Cleo, respect Bessie."

  • The singer also shared her thoughts on marriage equality. Latifah said, "Who you choose to marry is really up to you and it’s not something you should be judged on. I don’t find being gay or lesbian to be a character flaw. Couples should be protected under the laws of this country period. It actually angers me."
  • The rapper turned actor also addressed her failed Queen Latifah Show. She said, "Obviously it was disappointing but I don’t look at these things as catastrophic failures. We have a lot going on in our company alone, so I’m not worried about my next job opportunity."
